I really loved Rare, so I thought I’d try the brand’s only other neon (so far).  Illamasqua Collide is a hot pink neon creme:

Picture taken in sunlight.  (The photo makes it look like a bubblegum pink, but in real life it’s much bolder and brighter.)  This applied very well in three coats.  Now, this is the color I picture when I hear “neon pink.”  Unlike Rare, this doesn’t appear so glowy in indoor lighting, but it’s very obviously neon in outdoor/bright lighting.  It certainly doesn’t disappoint; it’s quite noticeable!  I paired this with Color Club Age of Aquarius on my toes.
